Alan Ferrara
President & CEO
Alan is a seasoned financial executive with decades of experience guiding companies and individuals toward their growth and investment goals.
Prior to this role, Alan dedicated 20 years to Fidelity Investments, where he led their Institutional Custody Segment. In this role, Alan was responsible for over 250 diverse financial entities — including banks, trust companies, registered investment advisors, family offices and retirement firms — all leveraging the Fidelity platform for critical services such as custody, execution and investment management.
Academically, Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bryant University and is a graduate of the SIFMA School Program at The Wharton School of Business. He also maintains the essential FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses.
Alan resides in Rhode Island with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, he is an avid tennis player, often enjoying competitive matches on the hardcourt with his high school-athlete daughter. He also finds relaxation spending time on the water near his home.

Brad Bergman

Brad received a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University. He is a member of the Kansas and Missouri Bar, the Estate Planning Society of Kansas City and is a Certified Financial Planner. He serves as trustee or advisor for many civic, professional and charitable organizations. He is a frequent speaker before professional and civic groups.
